About Soira
Soira is a calm place for parents of autistic children to learn, reflect, and stay on the same page with the people who care for their child.
Why it exists
Most resources are written for the clinic or the news cycle. Soira is written for the kitchen table — for the parent who wants to understand without being overwhelmed, and to keep a quiet record of what they're noticing.
How we choose what to share
- We favour established health bodies and peer-reviewed research (WHO, CDC, NHS, AAP, recognised autism associations).
- External articles appear as short summaries that link back to the original source — we never reproduce someone else's article on Soira.
- We never promote "cures" or unproven claims. Where a therapy is contested, we describe the range of views and point to primary sources rather than take a clinical position.
- Every event is verified against its official source before we publish it.
Soira is for educational purposes only and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If something here worries you, please speak with a qualified professional — Soira is a starting point, not a substitute.
